BUNDESLIGA

Germany Tier 1 League. Created on 28 July 1962 when the DFB (Deutscher Fußball-Bund – or German FA) voted at their annual convention in Dortmund by 103 to 26 to introduce a new top division from its regional leagues known as Oberliga, which represented the north, west, south, southwest and the capital Berlin. There were, of course, no eastern leagues since Germany had been partitioned into East and West Germany following World War 2. The Bundesliga was the league of West Germany.

The Bundesliga's first season began in August 1963 consisting of 16 teams. The right to feature was a complex system, requiring clubs to apply by December 1962. Their performances over the previous 10 years were taken into account and converted into points, while the five Oberliga champions from 1962/63 received an automatic slot. LA LIGA

The Spanish First Division began to be played in the 1928-29 season, being the FC. Barcelona the first team that was proclaimed Champion. Until then, Spanish soccer was organized around the Spanish Championship. The first seasons were played with the first champions and runners-up of the Spanish Championship. It was from 1934-35 when the number of teams was expanded, going to 12.

LaLiga appeared in the 1984-85 season. Until then, the National League Championship depended on and was organized by the RFEF. Since then, LaLiga is in charge of the organization and management of national competitions, and is made up of all the soccer clubs that participate in them. The first LaLiga Executive Committee took office on December 30, 1983, but it was not until July 26, 1984 when the statutes were approved and it was officially founded. PREMIER LEAGUE

In the early 1990s, English First Division clubs believed that a radical restructuring of football was needed if they and the game in general were to develop and flourish. So on 17 July 1991, they signed the Founder Members Agreement, establishing the basic principles for the setting up of the Premier League.

The League would have commercial independence from the Football League and The FA, leaving it free to organise its own broadcast and sponsorship agreement. On 20 February 1992, the 22 First Division clubs resigned from the Football League en masse and three months later, on 27 May.

The inaugural Premier League campaign started on Saturday 15 August, 1992, with 22 clubs. The 22 inaugural members of the new Premier League were Arsenal, Aston Villa, Blackburn Rovers, Chelsea, Coventry City, Crystal Palace, Everton, Ipswich Town, Leeds United, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Middlesbrough, Norwich City, Nottingham Forest, Oldham Athletic, Queens Park Rangers, Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday, Southampton, Tottenham Hotspur, and Wimbledon.
